The 2026 Annual State Convention kicks off on Friday evening with Red Carpet Bingo presented by the St. Jacob Lions. The Hospitality Rooms will open Friday evening and Saturday is filled with Plenary Sessions, the State Awards Luncheon, Workshops, and the State Banquet.
Voting, will begin on Sunday morning followed by the LIF Breakfast and Meeting and the Closing Plenary Session. Voting results will be announced. In Introduction of the 2026-2027 Council of Governors and GAT Team for the coming year. There will be exhibitors, pin traders, auctions, and so much more! Don't miss out on the fun, food, fellowship and festivities!
LODGING & MEAL INFORMATION:
The MD-1 State Convention guest room rate is $149.00 per night (plus tax). Self-parking is available at the hotel. When making your reservation by phone, you must indicate you are with the Lions of Illinois to receive this discounted room rate. DON'T DELAY! Reserve your room by April 11, 2026. The State Luncheon and the State Banquet will be held on Saturday and the LIF Breakfast will be held Sunday morning. Register by March 10th and get the Early Bird Discount. Registration, State Luncheon, State Banquet and LIF Breakfast for $130.00.
